Corporate Mentor Training

Overview:

Session one for training department coordinators and employees who have been selected to be corporate mentors for new hires.

Solution:

This 1-hr virtual instructor-led (vILT) training will introduce the benefits of mentoring programs as well as discussing what effective mentoring looks like. Could easily be converted to an instructor-led course (ILT).

Features:

This course contains a slide deck and a facilitator's guide. Course utilizes breakout rooms and Kahoot for interactivity and scenario-based instruction.
